What is InfiniTap and how does it work?
InfiniTap offers NFC-enabled products that store important personal information. By tapping a smartphone to an InfiniTap product, first responders or trusted individuals can assess the information you choose to share, such as medical details or emergency contacts.
What are the different profile types available with InfiniTap?
InfiniTap offers two main profile types:
- Medical Profile: Designed for first responders, this profile includes crucial medical information such as allergies, medications and emergency contacts.
- Contact Profile (Little Infinity): This profile is designed for all ages but perfect for kids. It includes emergency contact information, so parents don’t need to write down contact details on their child’s belongings or person.
How do I set up my InfiniTap profile?
After purchasing an InfiniTap product and receiving it, there will be link and activation code included on the packaging. Follow the link listed or click the “Activate Now” button shown above. This link will bring you to the activation site where you will select the type of profile you are activating. After selecting the profile type you will be brought to the activation form where you will enter your activation code as well as all other chosen information and it will be linked to your NFC product. No app is needed – just tap a smartphone to the product to view the profile.
After initial setup, changes can then be completed using our update information form.
Is the information stored on InfiniTap products secure?
Yes. InfiniTap products do not store personal information on the NFC tag itself. The tag only directs users to your secure online profile. You control what information is displayed, and you can update or delete it anytime.
What devices are compatible with InfiniTap products?

What happens if my child or I lose an InfiniTap product?
If your InfiniTap product is lost, you can contact us immediately through our support email. After your email is received the product will be deactivated ensuring that no one can access your information.
Can I update or change the information in my InfiniTap profile?
Yes, you can update your profile anytime by logging into your account and utilizing the update profile form. Once the changes have been submitted they will instantly reflect on your product when scanned again.
How long will my InfiniTap product last?
InfiniTap products are designed for durability. The NFC technology does not require batteries, so your product will continue working as long as it is not physically damaged.
